Dr. Toraih joined researchers from different schools at Tulane University at the campus-wide faculty innovation mixer to share her progress toward producing a novel GLP1R SNP panel to predict outcomes of various diabetes and obesity treatments.

Her next step is to aggregate further data from SNP databases of obesity patients and develop biobank partnerships for sample collection. Results to follow!
